A qualified supplier loads to spec. We capture the invoice and packing list, assign the shipment reference, and the lane is officially in motion.
We draft and verify BL instructions — consignee, notify party, ports, containers, weights, seals — and review every draft line by line before anything is finalised.
Packing list, invoice, Certificate of Origin, self-declaration and customs forms — compiled, shared with you for approval, and corrected until they're exactly right.
Once you approve, the BL goes to the PSIC team for inspection certification. On the original BL, final documents are completed and dated.
